Wash the chicken legs and set aside.

Shred.

Marinate the shredded chicken with a little cooking wine and light soy sauce for five minutes.

Wash, peel, and shred the zucchini and set aside.

Wash the green peppers, remove the stems and seeds, cut into shreds and set aside.

Heat a pan, add appropriate amount of oil, add shredded chicken, season with appropriate amount of salt, a little dark soy sauce and five-spice powder, stir-fry, then add shredded green pepper and zucchini, stir-fry a few times.

Remove from pan and plate.
