Prepare ingredients

Cut the pork belly into thin slices, add half a teaspoon of dark soy sauce, two teaspoons of sesame oil, two teaspoons of cooking wine, half a teaspoon of pepper, and minced ginger. Mix well and marinate for 20 minutes

Pour in a packet of steamed pork powder

Add four teaspoons of water and mix well and set aside

Place the mixed pork belly skin side down into the bowl one by one

Cut a potato into thick slices and place it on top of the pork belly. Add green onions and steam for an hour
