Snow Meiniang ~ But I like to call her Bai Fatty. The taste is as delicious as her appearance ~ I recommend Oreo and red bean paste ~ these two taste great!

Ingredients
Steps
-
All materials
-
50g glutinous rice flour + 20g white sugar + 15g corn starch. Stir evenly and add 90ml of milk.
-
Stir evenly or pass through a sieve. Then let it sit for 10 minutes. Boil water in a steamer and add batter. Steam over high heat for 10 minutes.
-
This is what it looked like after 10 minutes. Prick it with chopsticks. If there is liquid flowing out, it means it is not cooked yet. Turn on the heat and continue steaming. But 10 minutes is just the right amount for me.
-
Pour corn oil out of the pan. Mix well
-
Use chopsticks to knead into a dough.
-
Cover with a layer of plastic wrap. Dear friends, you can wait for the dough to cool slightly before covering it. Because I’m in a hurry to sleep😂
-
Let cool, wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for half an hour.
-
Refrigerate for a while and take it out
-
Divide into 5 equal portions. Each dough is about 35 grams.
-
Take a piece of dough, spread cake flour under the dough, and cover it with plastic wrap
-
Roll into discs.
-
Beat the butter until stiff and place into a piping bag.
-
First squeeze a little bit of cream
-
Add your favorite fruit pieces. I put crushed Oreo cookies.
-
Squeeze some more cream
-
Close
-
Turn it over and straighten it.
