French Bread
Overview
My daughter wanted to eat French bread these days. The bread in the supermarket must have preservatives and additives, so I thought about trying to make some myself. The result was pretty good, and the child liked it very much, so I didn't have to go to the supermarket to buy it.

Ingredients
Steps
-
First open the eggs and put them into the bread machine
-
Pour the prepared milk into the bread machine
-
45g of peanut oil, I originally measured it with a spoon but did not weigh it
-
grams of salt
-
grams of white sugar, more if you like sweet food
-
Weigh 750 grams of flour and put it into the bread machine
-
2.5 grams of yeast powder, use less in summer, otherwise it will easily rise
-
Set the bread machine to fermentation for an hour and a half, then forget about it and do other things
-
After the dough is fermented, take it out
-
Take out a piece of dough and roll it into a thin dough
-
Roll it up from top to bottom
-
Then cut it into pieces of similar size
-
Roll out the remaining noodles one by one and put them on the plate
-
Use a large convenience bag to wrap the entire plate, so that the bread will not dry out easily and the baked bread will be soft. You can bake the bread after it has doubled in size
-
Set the oven to 160 degrees, preheat it for 3 minutes and put the bread into the oven. I forgot to take a picture, so I didn’t upload it
-
The bread was baked in 20 minutes, and you can post a picture of the finished product. It is crispy, soft, and has a light milky aroma. There are no additives, so you can eat it with confidence.
