Minced garlic pork liver soup
Overview
Pork liver is one of the best ingredients for nourishing blood and nourishing the skin. But I haven’t liked pork liver since I was a child, but this pork liver soup my mother taught me to make is particularly delicious. Not fishy or greasy, with a light sauce flavor and garlic flavor. It tastes really good!
