Wash the pork belly.

Heat the pan, put the pig skin side down, and use low heat to process the pig skin. This is to shrink the pores of the pork and make it without fishy smell. Take out the processed meat and scrape the pig skin with a knife a few times and wash it clean.

Boil the pork belly in cold water, then add the rice wine to the pot.
