Bean Paste Breakfast Bun
Overview
There was a lot of homemade red bean paste left last time, so I used it to make some red bean paste bread, which tasted pretty good.

Prepare the corresponding ingredients

First put the milk into the bread bucket of the bread machine, then add vegetable oil, sugar, then flour, and finally dig a hole in the middle of the flour and bury the yeast powder.

Start the dough process and make a smooth dough.

Start the fermentation process and let the dough rise until doubled in size.

Take out the dough, deflate it, divide it into 4 parts, roll it into balls and cover with plastic wrap to rest for a few minutes.

Flatten the dough.

Wrap in appropriate amount of bean paste filling.

Close the mouth and wrap the stuffing in the skin like a steamed bun.

Place on baking sheet and brush with egg wash.

Sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Preheat the oven first, put the bread in the oven and let it rest for a while for secondary fermentation, then bake it at 175 degrees for 20 minutes.
