Mix the flour with warm water to form a dough, cover it with a damp cloth and let it rest.

Shred the cabbage and carrots, fry the eggs and shred them, mince the onion and ginger, add fresh spicy powder, salt and oil to make the filling.

Divide the dough into small pieces, roll them out thinly, add the filling, seal and flatten.

Put enough oil in the pan and put it in the box.

Fry until both sides are golden brown.

Remove from the pot and serve.
