Today I made millet porridge. The thin rice porridge is very greasy.

  9. Add the beans and stir-fry until the beans soften slightly. Add chicken essence and salt. It will be slightly saltier than usual.

  10. Shake the fried noodles and spread them flatly on the beans, pour a bowl of water over them, cover the pot and simmer over medium heat for about 5 minutes.

  11. Don't make the soup too dry, turn off the heat, add eggs, pour in sesame oil and mix well while it's still hot.
