The first step is to cut vegetables and prepare ingredients

Slice the winter melon, not too big

After heating the pan, add oil

Add a small amount of water to the flour prepared in advance, and stir continuously in a larger container

When the oil is hot, add onion, ginger and garlic. Stir-fry evenly and add appropriate amount of salt, monosodium glutamate and thirteen spices. Stir-fry evenly and then add winter melon and tomatoes. Stir-fry for a few times and then pour in water. If two people eat, add 3 bowls of water. Then add pepper and aniseed to enhance the flavor and wait until it boils
