This millet meatball was recommended to us by the restaurant owner when I invited my mother-in-law and her family to dinner for my husband’s birthday. It is the restaurant’s signature dish and almost every table ordered this dish. After I ate it, I thought it was very good, so I tried making it myself, and it was also delicious.

Wash the millet with clean water and soak overnight.
