Cut the beef into shreds, add salt and olive oil and mix well, then add shredded ginger and mix well.

Remove the core from the young peppers and cut into shreds.

Add the young pepper shreds and millet chili shreds to the pot and stir-fry.

Stir-fry until soft and pour out.

Add sweet potato starch to the beef and mix well, allowing the sweet potato starch to coat.
