Cut the ribs into middle sections and soak them in cold water for 2 hours, then pour out the water and add the barbecue ingredients, stir evenly until it becomes sticky (if conditions permit, it is best to put it in the refrigerator the day before).

Put the marinated ribs into the baking pan, wrap it with tin foil, put it in the oven, and heat it up and down at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.

Take out the ribs and replace it with a piece of tin foil. Place the ribs flat on the baking pan without wrapping them. Heat up and down at 180 degrees for 20 minutes, turning them over every 10 minutes.
