Rinse the cauliflower florets and soak them in salt water for about 10 minutes.

Drain the cauliflower, rinse with clean water and drain. Cut the pork belly into thin slices and chop the onion, ginger and garlic. Shred the dried chilies.

Pour oil into a hot pan, add onion, ginger, garlic and dried chili and stir-fry over low heat until fragrant.

Add pork belly and stir-fry until oil is released.

Pour in the cauliflower and stir-fry until cooked. Add cooking wine and dark soy sauce and stir-fry over high heat until the water is gone.

Add salt, sugar and cumin powder and stir-fry evenly.

Remove from pan and plate.
