Green onion hand-pulled pancakes

Green onion hand-pulled pancakes

Overview

When we were children, we rarely ate pancakes. The pancakes we ate the most were those made by my mother. Pancakes now seem to have no technical content. They were made by mixing them with water into a thin paste, then pouring them into a pan, and frying until they were yellow and fragrant. People there rarely eat pasta, so this is something we cook from time to time. But I don’t know why, since when, I seem to like eating noodles more and more. I made a quick-fried pancake this morning, and it naturally turned into pieces when I tore it into pieces. It was crispy and chewy, so I just called it a hand-pulled pancake. The scallion oil is combined with the aroma of sesame seeds. Just add a little salt and a cup of soy milk, and it’s delicious
