Cut the pork into thin slices and put it in the refrigerator for a while for easier slicing

Add appropriate amount of salt, cooking wine, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, pepper and ginger slices to marinate, then pour in a small amount of cooking oil and mix well, marinate for one day

Prepare chili powder, allspice powder, and cumin powder. Since the cooking time is very short, take them out in advance for easy operation.

Heat a flat non-stick pan and add a little cooking oil. The pan must be very hot.

Put the meat slices into the pot and quickly break them up

When the meat turns white, sprinkle in appropriate amount of five-spice powder, chili powder, and cumin powder and stir-fry
