Stir-fried soybeans with sauerkraut
Overview
I made sauerkraut and potato powder, and I left some sauerkraut. I just cooked some soybeans and ate them for breakfast. I paired them with the remaining half of a carrot. It tasted pretty good and was good with rice.

Soak the soybeans in advance

Add green onions, ginger slices, peppercorns, and salt and bring to a boil
