Pan-fried Pomfret
Overview
Pomfret has few bones and the meat is fresh and tender, making it very suitable for babies to eat. However, the baby complained a little bit about eating braised or steamed food all the time, so today I used fried food. It was delicious and the baby liked it very much.

Prepare the ingredients

Remove the gills and belly of the pomfret, wash and drain, cut in half, marinate with salt, cooking wine, and pepper for 10 minutes to add flavor.

Beat the eggs evenly.

Pat the pomfret with flour on both sides,

Dip in egg wash,

Dip it in bread flour,

Place in a pan and fry over medium heat.
