Overview
My father-in-law has made it twice before and it was delicious. I have never made it before. I tried it today and it was really good. If you don’t have scallops, just use dried shrimps. You can also add other ingredients if you like it.

After stuffing, tie the head and tail with salted grass, rinse it under the faucet, wash off the rice grains stuck on the outside, put it in a pot, boil cold water over high heat, adjust the heat to medium and cook for an hour, the water should cover the large intestine.
