Assorted Tofu
Overview
I recently visited Wenyi's blog and accidentally saw the title of Assorted Tofu. On a whim, I wanted to make a completely different new version of Assorted Tofu. Finally, I tried it for my family, and they were 100% satisfied! Feeling proud...haha!

Because I was too lazy to fry tofu slices, I bought fried tofu. Wash mushrooms and peas, drain and set aside. Tear gluten into small pieces.

Add all the main ingredients into the pot and stir-fry. Pour in half a bowl of water (or stock) and stir-fry.

Then pour in June fresh soy sauce and sugar and stir-fry.

Thicken the gravy with water starch and sprinkle some MSG

Before serving, drizzle some sesame oil on the vegetables to make them taste more fragrant!
