How to make the soup: Pour hot water into the flour, mix well, let cool and set aside. Put all the dough ingredients except butter and hot seeds into the bread machine, and knead until the dough becomes chewy.

After the basic fermentation is completed, divide the dough into 4 equal portions, roll into balls and rest for 15 minutes.

Flatten the dough and roll it out to the same length as the sausage

Place the sausage in the middle, wrap up both sides and pinch tightly.

Cut 7 knives evenly on the wrapped dough and divide it into 8 pieces, leaving the bottom edge uncut and connected together. Turn the cut circles over one by one, and place the last one on top of the first one to make a flower shape. Arrange into baking pan for final fermentation
