Cut the butter into small pieces and put it in a non-stick pan

Heat over low heat until boiling

Immediately pour in the sifted flour and turn off the heat

Add condensed milk and mix well

Separate the eggs and prepare whole egg liquid

Add whole egg liquid to three egg yolks

Then add the egg liquid to the butter dough

Add two drops of lemon juice to the egg whites

Add one-third of the sugar

Beat the egg whites until they form large peaks, then add the second third of the sugar

Beat until slightly textured, add remaining white sugar

Beat the egg whites until they form small corners

Take half of the egg whites and mix into the egg yolk dough

Mix in the remaining egg whites

Put tin foil on the mold in advance. If you don’t stick to the baking pan, you can just pour it in

Pour into the mold

Shake it twice to remove air bubbles and put it in the oven at about 175 degrees for 40 minutes

After baking, take it out, tear off the tin foil, and put it on the grill to cool to room temperature
