  1. Cut the eggplant into large pieces.

  2. Microwave on high heat for about 5-7 minutes until the eggplant becomes soft.

  3. Prepare the bowl of juice: 3 spoons of soy sauce, half a spoon of sugar, a quarter spoon of vinegar, a quarter spoon of chicken powder, 4g of salt, half of the minced green onion, half of the minced garlic, and half a bowl of water.
