Braised Cauliflower
Overview
[Red Braised Cauliflower] A favorite dish of children. My daughter’s kindergarten collects recipes and asks parents to cook the dishes. They get sample samples for selection. The main purpose is to change the recipes in the kindergarten cafeteria. My daughter ordered this dish. Cauliflower, tomatoes, carrots, peas, corn and garlic are used. Not only the color is beautiful, but the taste is also sweet and sour that children love. Not bad.

Tear cauliflower into florets, peel and cut tomatoes into pieces, dice carrots, and slice garlic.

Take a small bowl, squeeze 30 grams of tomato sauce, add 10 grams of light soy sauce, 10 grams of sugar, 2 grams of salt, add water and starch and mix well.

Boil water in a pot and blanch the carrots, corn, and peas in the water.

Heat oil in a wok and sauté garlic slices until fragrant.
