Delicious meat floss snack buns
Overview
I have always made bread using the post-butter method, but this is the first time I have to add all the ingredients at once. After practice, I feel that the mold is not as smooth as the butter method. The same kneading time will not produce the mold as well as the oil method. I don’t know if it is due to the weather temperature. The temperature in the north and south is very different. The bread is delicious with meat floss, and the meat floss is even more delicious with salad dressing. It's just that I only have these meat floss left at home. If you have enough, add more. Pork floss and salad dressing are really a perfect match.
