Chinese New Year is coming soon, so it’s necessary to make some dessert! This dish should be considered a relatively classic dish. It tastes sweet and has a good meaning! Many people call it too soft-hearted, but I like to call it always smiling.

Prepare materials

Soak the red dates for an hour until they swell

Make a crosswise cut with a knife (stop when you reach the core in the middle)
