Heat the oil in a pan, add the washed mung bean sprouts and stir-fry.

Then, add the Cordyceps mushrooms and stir-fry until the mung bean sprouts are broken.

Then, add the chopped celery and stir-fry.

Finally, add an appropriate amount of salt.
