Spicy wolfberry head
Overview
Wolfberry head, also known as ground vegetables, wolfberry vegetables, and fine grass, is the tender stems and leaves of Lycium barbarum, a plant in the Solanaceae family. Wolfberry head has the functions of clearing fire, improving eyesight, and tonifying muscles and bones. Common dishes include wolfberry head soup, wolfberry head salad, wolfberry head mixed with dried tofu, etc.

Prepare the ingredients (and 1 small piece of carrot)

Beat the eggs, make egg skins and shred them, cut the carrots and dried fragrant seeds into shreds, blanch the wolfberry and cut into sections, drain the water and set aside

Sauté the garlic and red pepper segments until fragrant (if you don’t like spicy food, you can remove the seeds from the red pepper)

Put the wolfberry heads, egg peel and dried carrot shreds in a bowl, add 2 teaspoons of light soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of chicken essence, then add the sauteed garlic and chili and mix well
