  1. Soak quinoa for half an hour, then add water to a pot and cook for 15 minutes

  3. Add water to potatoes and heat in microwave until soft

  4. Place in a plastic bag and roll into mashed potatoes with a rolling pin

  5. Add appropriate amount of salt, pepper and chicken powder to taste

  6. Add cooked quinoa

  7. Add appropriate amount of chopped green onion

  8. Mix well

  9. Take an appropriate amount of mashed potatoes and roll into a round ball
