Five-Spice Braised Pork Knuckle
Overview
Pork trotters are a regular dish at my house, and can be prepared in various ways. This time, I’m going to make a five-spice braised version with some Knorr Soup Potato. It tastes really good

Wash the pig's hands and cut them into pieces, put them into cold water and boil them for 5 minutes

Pour away the bloody water, rinse well, prepare all materials, cut the dried chilies into small pieces and soak in water for later use

Turn a large pot over low heat, add an appropriate amount of cooking oil and rock sugar and stir-fry

Stir-fry until it bubbles and becomes sugary, then add ginger and sauté until fragrant

Pour in pork knuckles and stir-fry until evenly browned

Add cooking wine, pepper, and soy sauce and stir-fry for 2 minutes. Add in all the spices and stir-fry until fragrant. Pour in the thick soup and stir well

Add enough water to cover the pork knuckles, add dried chili peppers, cover the pot and bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer over low heat for 35 minutes

When the juice is almost gone, you can take it out of the pot
