This is the water squeezed out of pickling oyster mushrooms. I don’t want to throw it away. It will be of great use later
-
Put starch, flour, eggs, sugar, and cumin into a container
-
Use the oyster mushroom water just squeezed out to mix with the batter so that it retains its original flavor without losing nutrients. Add a few drops of corn oil to brighten it
-
Put the oyster mushrooms into the prepared batter. Do not add too much at one time, because the oyster mushrooms are pickled with salt and will release water, which will affect the batter
-
Pour an appropriate amount of corn oil into the pot and heat it to 60-70% hot. Put the oyster mushrooms into the oil and start frying
-
Fry until golden brown and take it out
-
