Overview
I usually like to eat fungi, including king oyster mushrooms, white jade mushrooms, straw mushrooms, oyster mushrooms, and coprinus mushrooms. I love them all. This dish is also one of my favorites. Not only is it delicious, it also goes well with rice. 😋😋
