Shrimp and corn terrine

Boil water in a pot, add corn and green beans and blanch until raw

Drain corn and green beans and set aside, dice carrots and slice garlic

Blanch shrimp, remove shells and devein

Heat oil in a pan, add garlic slices and sauté over high heat

Add carrots and shrimp and stir-fry for 3 minutes

Add corn and green beans and stir-fry evenly. Add 1 spoon of cooking wine, 1 spoon of seafood soy sauce, 2 spoons of mirin and 1/3 spoon of white pepper

Stir-fry over high heat for 2 minutes, add appropriate amount of salt and chicken powder to taste, stir well and turn off the heat
