Overview

I will share with you my beauty secrets for losing weight while eating! I love to eat, but my weight only stays between 80-90 pounds. Even though I am 160cm tall, I was once a chubby girl weighing 120 pounds! So as long as you eat in the right way and at the right time, you will enjoy delicious food and lose weight at the same time!

Ingredients
Steps
-
Soak 500 grams of strawberries in light salt water for 10 minutes, rinse several times, remove and drain, cut 400 grams of strawberries into small pieces, add 60 grams of fine sugar and marinate for 2 hours. Strawberries pickled with sugar will produce some strawberry juice.
-
Put the remaining 100 grams of strawberries into a food processor and beat into strawberry puree, then pour the pickled strawberry juice into the strawberry puree, then add 8 grams of cornstarch and stir evenly.
-
Pour the juice in the bowl into the pot and heat it. After continuous heating, the liquid in the pot will become very viscous and translucent. Then pour in the strawberries and stir evenly.
-
Place the fried strawberries on a flat plate to cool down, or place them in the refrigerator to cool down quickly.
-
Add the softened butter at room temperature to the caster sugar and low-gluten flour and knead it into a granular shape with your hands.
-
Add water
-
Knead into a buttery dough, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least 1-3 hours. This amount can make an 8-inch fruit pie. The longer it is refrigerated, the better the noodles will stretch!
-
Take out the refrigerated dough and divide it into two pieces, one large and one small.
-
Use a rolling pin to roll the larger dough into a large round cake slightly larger than an 8-inch pie plate, then place the dough into the pie plate and press the edges with your hands.
-
Cut off the excess dough with a rolling pin.
-
Use a fork to poke vent holes evenly into the pie plate, then pour in the fried strawberry filling that has been cooled.
-
Roll the other piece of dough into a large thin sheet, and then use a sharp-tipped paring knife to cut out the rough shape of a leaf on the dough sheet. If you feel that you are not good at it, you can also draw a leaf on a clean A4 paper in advance, then cut it out, stick the paper leaf shape on the surface, and use a knife to draw out the leaf shape.
-
Then draw the meridians of the leaves on the leaves. Score the middle with a knife and press the edges with a fork.
-
Arrange the leaves on top of the strawberry filling as you like.
-
If you like the color, brush the egg yolk liquid evenly so that the color will be more even after baking. If you like a lighter color, brush with egg wash. Place the finished pie into the preheated oven and bake at 190 degrees for about 35 minutes. The power of each oven is different, and the oven time and temperature are for reference only.
