Carrots and roasted fungus
Overview
Burnt carrots and fungus, a very healthy delicacy. Carrots and black fungus are both popular and beneficial ingredients. When paired together and simply cooked, it becomes a healthy home-cooked dish. Adding a little green pepper enriches the color of the dish and also increases the nutrition.

Soak the fungus in advance, blanch it in a pot, then remove and drain the water.

Pick and wash the green peppers and cut into pieces.

Wash the carrots and cut into slices.

Heat the oil in the pan, stir-fry the onions and ginger until fragrant, and stir-fry the carrots.

Stir-fry the fungus in a pot, add a little water and boil for a while.

Stir-fry the green peppers in the pan.

Add salt and stir-fry evenly and turn off the heat.
