Red bean and mango tart
Overview
I’ve always wanted to make egg tarts, but I haven’t done so yet. I saw that the recipe includes cake flour. I don’t like to add cake flour for some reason. I didn’t add cake flour when I made it for the first time today. I didn’t expect it to be so delicate!

Add sugar to milk and beat until the sugar dissolves and there are no particles

Beat the egg yolks and whole eggs evenly

Mix egg liquid and milk until smooth, then add evaporated milk and condensed milk.

Filter to make the finished product more delicate, and the egg tart liquid is ready.

Put red beans and mango in the egg tart shell.

Pour in the prepared tart liquid, 8 minutes full, and place in the oven at 190 degrees for 20 minutes.
