Add water, yeast, eggs, flour, milk powder, sugar, and salt to the bread barrel in sequence, knead for 20 minutes, then add butter and knead for 20 minutes, ferment until 2.5 times in size, then deflate, divide into 12 equal parts, and let rise for 15 minutes in between.

After the dough has risen, deflate it and roll it into a long shape.

Roll up in a knotted manner.

Place the two knots back to back and place them in the oven with a pan of hot water underneath.

Let it rise until doubled in size. Preheat the oven to 170 degrees for 15 minutes on the middle rack. Cover with tin foil in the middle!
