Stir-fried shredded pork with green garlic
Overview
This is a very homemade stir-fry. My mother-in-law has to cut the green garlic twice every winter. Stir-fried shredded pork with green garlic is the most common. Sometimes some dried fragrant spices are added, which is very good with rice.

Add the starch and cooking wine to the shredded pork, mix well and marinate for a while.

Wash and cut green garlic into sections. Chop red pepper, onion, and ginger

Saute onions and ginger until fragrant.

Add a little sugar and sauté until melted.

Add shredded pork and stir-fry.

Stir-fry the shredded meat until it changes color, add dark soy sauce and mature vinegar, and stir-fry.
