Wash the turbot, put it on a plate, sprinkle with salt to taste

Shred ginger, shred chives and set aside

Put sugar, oyster sauce and light soy sauce in a bowl and mix thoroughly and set aside

Spread the shredded ginger and seasoning evenly on the fish, bring to a boil and steam for 6 minutes

Add shredded green onions and steam for another minute

Heat oil in a pan and pour it on the fish
