Slice ginger and set aside, soak wolfberry in water and set aside.

Blanch the mutton and set aside.

Cut the white radish into hob shapes and set aside.

Heat the pan and add a little oil.

Saute ginger slices until fragrant.

Add the mutton to the pan and stir-fry for a while.

Add white radish and stir-fry together.

Add appropriate amount of light soy sauce and stir-fry.

Put the mutton and white radish into the pressure cooker and add appropriate amount of water.
