I saw you guys using bacon, salad, and toast. Let’s put the vegetable salad on it, hehe. Plain bread, no, there is milk and eggs in the bread. It would be better if you add some chopped sausage to the vegetable salad, but then it is not called vegetable salad bread

Add milk and eggs to bread pan.

Add flour and baking powder and knead in the bread machine.

Wash the vegetables and cut into shreds.

Shred the cheese.

Add salad dressing to vegetables and mix well. Set aside.

Knead the dough until smooth and add butter.

Knead the dough to the expansion stage and then ferment until 2 to 2.5 times in size.

Take out the dough and deflate it.

Take the dough and roll it out.

Place the rolled out dough in a baking bowl.

Top with vegetable salad

Add grated cheese.

Then put it in the oven for fermentation, about 30 minutes.

Rinse the edges of the bread with egg wash. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

Turn the heat up and down and bake for about 15 minutes.
