Overview
In the early years, barbecue could only be eaten outside. Every time it made a sizzling sound, a drop of hot oil slowly slid down the lines of the plump meat, which was intoxicating. Sniff carefully and slowly, and the greedy person will be aroused quickly. Finally I couldn't help it anymore, I didn't care about the burning, and took one big bite, wow! Cool! My mouth was full of heat and happiness. Later, because of the epidemic, I basically didn’t go out to eat, so I baked it at home. The taste was still as good, and it was more convenient and healthier!

Wash the pork belly and cut into three-finger-wide slices.

Put all the ingredients in the seasoning into a bowl, then add two small spoons of barbecue ingredients, mix evenly with our eating hands and set aside to marinate for 20-30 minutes.

Place a layer of tin foil in the air fryer, spread the meat evenly on top, then adjust the grill function to 150 degrees and bake for 15 minutes, and the delicious barbecue is ready (you can also use an oven, if you don't want to use either, just fry it in a pan over low heat).

The time is up and the barbecue is out of the pan. After the barbecue, I packed up and the children had almost finished eating themselves, so there is no picture of the whole plate 😂😂 I used lettuce to wrap two pieces of meat, and it tasted as delicious as the ones eaten outside.
