Stir-fried green beans
Overview
Stir-fried green beans is a cooking technique in Sichuan cuisine. It is made by lightly dry-stewing the green beans to make them dry and crispy, and then stir-frying them with dried chili peppers and Sichuan peppercorns to add flavor. First, cut the beans and vegetables into sections, then add them to a pot with a little oil and stir-fry them until the water in the beans is released, the dry fragrance is shiny, crisp, tender and refreshing. Stir-fried green beans are rich in nutrients and are loved by many diners.
