Meat floss and bacon bread
Overview
This is a salty bread. If you are used to eating sweet bread, it feels good to change the taste occasionally~ Ingredients: medium-sized flour: 200g high-gluten flour, 4g yeast, 120g warm water. Main dough: 50g high-gluten flour, 15g milk powder, 30g fine sugar, 4g salt, 30g egg liquid, 25g butter.
