Cut the tomato into a knife and set aside.

Beat the eggs. When the oil is hot, pour in and stir-fry. Dish out and set aside.

After the oil is hot, add tomatoes, stir-fry slowly over low heat to draw out the juice. Add sugar and stir-fry first. Add rice vinegar and light soy sauce and stir-fry. Finally, add salt and serve.
