Put the soup bones into the pot, add cooking wine and blanch them.

After blanching, wash off the floating foam, add water and ginger slices to the pot and stew directly.

Stew the bones over high heat until white soup begins to come out.

Add soaked and washed kelp shreds, add salt and continue cooking.

Cook over medium heat for another 20 minutes or so until the kelp is fragrant, can be easily bitten, and the soup is thick and white.
