Remove the nails from the chicken feet and wash them, add cooking wine and blanch the ginger slices and set aside.

Heat oil in a wok and melt rock sugar over low heat.

Stir-fry the chicken feet until they change color

Add light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, cooking wine and salt in turn and stir-fry evenly. Add water to cover the chicken feet.

Turn the pressure cooker and add ginger slices, green onion segments and garlic. Turn up the heat and cook until the air comes out for one minute, then turn down the heat and cook for about 6 minutes, then turn off the heat

Open the lid and reduce the sauce over high heat until thickened. Turn off the heat
