Overview
Spring rolls are a popular dish. The fillings inside can be vegetables, bean paste and other ingredients. Make your own spring rolls and choose your own fillings. Generally, when you make spring rolls at home, you have to buy spring roll wrappers, because making spring roll wrappers is a technical job. Today I will introduce a practical and simple method to make spring rolls, using pancakes as spring roll wrappers.

Cut the red bean paste into cubes and make the filling.

Cut the pancakes into medium-sized shapes and make spring roll wrappers.

Mix seasoned flour with water to make a batter and use it as a binder.

Take a piece of pancake and put bean paste filling.

Fold it in turn and apply some batter on the contact areas to stick it firmly. This is the finished spring roll.

Take a green dough and dip it in batter first.

Dip in bread crumbs again. Complete them all in sequence.

Heat oil in a pan for 4 minutes, add spring rolls and fry slowly over low heat.
