  1. Wash the spareribs, soak in the bleeding water and remove

  2. Chop onion, ginger and garlic and set aside

  3. Add scallions, ginger, minced garlic, oyster sauce, cornstarch, egg white and cooking wine to the pork ribs, mix well and marinate for 1 hour

  4. Wash tofu and set aside

  5. Cut into small pieces and place on the bottom of the plate

  6. Layer the ribs

  7. Place in a steamer and steam for 40 minutes

  8. Tender and juicy
