Brew 100g brown sugar with 400g hot water and cool to body temperature. Mix 200g flour + 200g tapioca flour + 3g yeast + brown sugar water evenly and ferment overnight.

Brush oil around and on the bottom of the mold, pour in liquid, shake out large bubbles, and rest for 30 minutes.

After boiling the hot water, put the mold into the pot and steam it for 35 minutes over high heat. Let cool and then unmold.

Cut into pieces, the finished product is soft and chewy.
